Returns
If the instrument you received is not functioning properly, contact us immediately. We offer you the option to either:
Warranty Repairs: We will cover the shipping costs and arrange for the instrument to be repaired under warranty.
Refund: If you choose to return the instrument for a refund, we’ll guide you through the return process. After we inspect and confirm the defect, we’ll issue a full refund, including shipping costs.

Dissatisfied with Your Purchase?
If you're not satisfied with the instrument, you may return it in its original condition within 14 days of receipt. A 5% of the instrument's order price restocking fee applies for returns due to dissatisfaction. Shipping costs for this type of return are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds will only be processed after we inspect the returned instrument and confirm it is undamaged and in its original condition.
